How it Works
Ads placed on RentCNY run for one full month. Enter your properties and activate them as listings when they become available. You can provide as many details and pictures to show off your property as you want. RentCNY will track the number of visits to your listings, showing you how many times your ad was seen. When your properties are rented, simply deactivate the listing.
Renters will be able to search for your property based on an array of criteria including rent, location, number of bedrooms, pet allowances and more. Renters who come to you through RentCNY will have the opportunity to submit a rental application online. Registered Renters to RentCNY can opt to receive updates when rental properties that match their criteria become available, connecting you to the right renter, faster.
RentCNY offers secure payment through PayPal, in which you can pay with your bank account through your PayPal Account, or with any major credit card. When your listings are about to expire, RentCNY will send you a reminder email, at which point you can renew the listing or let it expire.
